Joseline Ssozi
Human Resources Associate
Joseline Ssozi is a passionate and people-oriented pursuing a double major in Human Resource Management and Marketing at Strathmore University (BCom). Her studies focus on how strategic communication, leadership, and innovation can drive youth empowerment and social impact across East Africa. Alongside her degree, she holds a Diploma in Business Management, which strengthened her foundation in teamwork, customer engagement, and organisational growth.
Through her coursework and active involvement in student-led initiatives, Joseline has developed strong analytical and interpersonal skills. She plays an active role in Strathmore’s Mental Health Club and Red Cross Society, where she supports awareness campaigns and volunteer drives that promote community well-being. These experiences have nurtured her sense of empathy, collaboration, and purpose-driven leadership.
Beyond academics, Joseline is passionate about youth development and community service. Her volunteer work at Sanyu Babies’ Home in Kampala deepened her commitment to compassion and service, while her love for travel and team building continues to inspire her to connect with diverse communities and contribute meaningfully to East Africa’s social and business landscape.
