Daisy Magezi is a graduate of Business Science in Financial Engineering (BBS) from Strathmore University in Nairobi, with a strong foundation in financial analysis, risk modelling, and applied analytics. Her academic journey culminated in a thesis exploring the role of mobile banking in driving financial inclusion in Kenya, further affirming her interest in the intersection of finance, innovation, and access in East Africa. 

Daisy has previously held internship roles in both the public and private sectors. At Stanbic Bank Uganda, she worked in the Global Markets division where she developed a revenue forecasting model and supported the design of client value propositions, refining her understanding of high-performance teams and stakeholder alignment. At Uganda Development Corporation, she contributed to due diligence and preliminary investment reviews, gaining experience in structured evaluation and interdepartmental coordination.

Beyond academics and work, Daisy has demonstrated leadership and a passion for community engagement in serving as Vice President of the Children Caring about Cancer Club and Secretary of the Mathematics Club at Gayaza High School, where she also led grassroots tutoring and donation drives for underserved schools. Daisy is passionate about building inclusive systems and thrives at the intersection of analytical thinking and people-centered development.
