Florence Wanjohi
Human Resources Manager
Florence Wanjohi is an organised, intuitive and driven graduate of Psychology with a double minor in International Relations and Organisational Psychology (BA) from the United States International University-Africa. Born and raised in Nairobi, Kenya, she brings a thoughtful, people-centered perspective and a passion for development-focused and impact-driven work. She works with a Pan-African non-profit think and do tank, Enzi Ijayo, focused on research, advocacy and sustainable development, where she contributes to studies on energy transition and methane abatement to support Africa’s green industrialisation.
In addition to her research role, she supports administrative coordination, human resources processes and event planning, including side events at high-level convenings such as the Open Governance Platform regional meeting. Florence is especially interested in the intersection of sustainable development, human capital and policy, with a growing focus on human resources and renewable energy solutions for Africans.
She brings a multidisciplinary approach to her work, particularly in qualitative research, data analysis and people-focused engagement. At JEPA Africa, she looks forward to strengthening inclusive and efficient human resources systems while contributing to meaningful, youth-led change across the continent.
